Old Veteran Dies At Cleveland

Eli Jackson, an old Confederate soldier, died a few days ago at his home on Lewis Creek, in the New Garden district.
Mr. Jackson was 84 years of age and was a brave soldier and an excellent citizen.
A number of children survive, his wife having died several years ago.
